You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a freight forwarding environment and be a confident user of Excel. First class customer service skills are essential as is the ability to liaise at all levels.

Telesales Executive

Overview:

Our client is looking for three full time (7.5hr working day) candidates to join their team. These positions are 100% on the telephone selling general insurance to householders. Available hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm - 11am to 7pm - 12 noon to 8pm- 1pm to 9pm with an option to work Saturdays You will be taken on a temporary to permanent basis however our client is happy to look at qualified candidates that have a requirement to be taken on permanently straight away. Due to our client's location ideally you will need transport for this role however if you are the right person transportation will be arranged for you. You will be working in a friendly and fucused team of outbound sales advisors. Your role will be to contact a range of potential clients from both cold and warm data. You will need to have strong outbound call centre experience and be comfortable and confident with handling objections and closing the deal. Be competent with MS word,Excel and Outlook with a willingness to learn and commit to the role. Hourly rate is dependant on experience and on top of this you will receive commission on sales. An immediate start is available.
