Our Client is looking for a bright and professional individual to deliver distance based career management advice to individuals going through redundancy/career change via pro-active outbound calls. Identify with claimants which elements of the service would be most beneficial and deliver on-going telephone / email support on all areas of a job campaign. • Producing, discussing and advising on high quality written work including: CV’s, Cover Letters, Application Forms, Presentation Advice, Interview Techniques, Networking and Speculating. • Conduct bespoke company and occupational research utilising CD-ROM's, directories, bespoke software and journals. • 70 to 80% outbound telephone work and 20 – 30% administration. PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential • Strong communication, persuasion, coaching and problem solving skills • Proven experience and success of working in a target driven environment • Experience in a customer service role that has been 70% telephone based • Experience of conducting out bound calls • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, internet and in house databases • Empathetic with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal Desirable • Recruitment, counselling or careers guidance knowledge • Experience of non scripted calls If you have experience in recruitment , counselling or have careers guidance knowledge this would be a distinct advantage. HOURS: 35 hours a week Monday to Friday. This includes one shift day per week. Usual working day is 9.00am - 5.00pm with one hour lunch break. One day a week will be 12.00pm - 7.30pm with 30 minute lunch break. SALARY: £19,500.00 per annum rising to £21,854.54 per annum when fully competent

Telemarketing Executive - Full Time

Due to our clients continued success of their English contract hire sales office, based in Milton Keynes they are now looking to expand their telemarketing operation and are looking for a confident, highly motivated individual to join their successful and enthusiastic team. Reporting to the Telemarketing Manager and ultimately to the Sales & Marketing Director the successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 6 months business to business telemarketing experience and will be required to make contact by telephone with high level decision makers in both the private and public sector. Our team of telemarketers work from our bespoke windows based marketing system on which full training will be given. This role involves strong levels of relationship building in order to develop new business opportunities and ultimately secure appointments for our field based sales team. Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday Starting Salary range £17-19,000 per annum 22 days holiday plus all bank holidays Private Healthcare scheme
