Telemarketing Manager

Salary:

£25,000 basic plus company vehicle

Overview:

Despite the challenging economic conditions our Milton Keynes based contract leasing client have had their best ever growth and impressive trading results and due to this they have an ongoing recruitment drive. Part of this involves recruiting a Telemarketing Manager to join them as part of the Senior Management team and this position will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to shape the running of the business both now and in the future. Duties and responsibilities To train and motivate the team in order to achieve a minimum of 75 new business appointments per month (Team Target). To manage Telemarketing Team ensuring adequate office cover at all times and disciplined attendance and time keeping Work with Sales Director to ensure effective recruitment programme is undertaken where necessary Manage importing of data from Sales Team reports on a weekly basis Efficient management of each Area Sales Manager’s appointment diaries Provide report suite to Sales & Marketing Director on a weekly basis outlining as follows: Weekly team performance showing appointments and number of diallings by individual Work closely with sales team on effective territory management of appointments Close management of all data including the ability to identify number of leads in each ASM’s area and to be aware when the purchase of more data is required Undertake regular meetings with each Area Sales Manager to clarify which prospect data is being worked on by each individual Undertake calls to gain appointments for sales team and achieve own individual target Monitor data to ensure sufficient leads are available for each sales person within each geographical area Ensure regular rotation of data to ensure constant supply of fresh leads to work upon for both telemarketers and sales team Undertake regular training and refresher sessions with team to ensure they are up to date with all current industry news, competitor information, company products and services Run regular competitions/campaigns within the telemarketing team to keep all staff motivated and focused with regard to door opening, rapport building and closing techniques Establish induction and training programme for new recruits . Distribution Services Manager

Salary:

£27,000 pa plus performance related

Overview:

Despite the challenging economic conditions our Milton Keynes based client have had their best ever growth and impressive trading results. Right now they are seeking to recruit a Distribution Services Manager to run their in house Distribution Department. They already have an established team in place and the successful candidate would be required to take full responsibility for the motivation, training and management of this team. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role together with the ability to inspire and drive a team. The purpose of the Distribution Services Department is to ensure that their Customers receive an outstanding level of customer service from the point of vehicle order through to reporting on order process culminating in an exceptional vehicle handover experience to the Company vehicle driver. This role involves strong levels of relationship building in order to ensure effective management of the internal distribution team, vehicle dealers, In house transport division, vehicle logistics service provider and delivery pack supplier. You will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles are distributed to the clients in the most efficient and cost effective manner, managing the smooth organisation of over 5,000 vehicle movements within the UK per year consisting of new vehicle handovers, collection of end of contract vehicles plus the internal logistical requirements of their wide customer base. We are looking for a candidate who has previous management or supervisory experience - who would like the opportunity to put their own stamp on the role. As part of the Senior Management Team this position will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to shape the running of the business both now and in the future.
