Our process:
Once registered with us we invite you in for a one-to-one discussion. We use this discussion to build a fuller picture of you, beyond your qualifications. We then find the right role for you. Before submitting your CV to a client we brief you on every aspect of the role; from the day-to-day tasks, through to the package/rates. Your CV will never be sent to any prospective employer without your prior knowledge and consent. If an interview is required we brief you about the people you will be meeting and offer interview tips. Once the interview is over we debrief you to let you know where you stand and what will happen next.
We ensure that the highest level of communications is used throughout the whole process to keep everyone on the same page.
