Dual Resourcing Ltd is an independent recruitment agency formed in January 2004 by Lesley Botterill who, having worked for a number of years in the industry, identified a market for a locally based company covering Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire that would provide a professional and personal recruitment service tailored to the needs of both the client and candidate, whilst also offering extremely competitive rates.
Since our formation we have established a substantial client base and testimonials from some of our satisfied clients and candidates can be read here. During this period we have also grown a large database of local people in the following employee groups on a permanent, temporary, interim and contract basis:
